Apoclu is just beginning. We will improve every aspect of our business with the support we receive. Our vision stretches far past the horizon and we want to leave a lasting impression that will help our community for generations to come.
About the Founders
Years of experience working in the medical field, advanced lifter of 7+ years, favors powerlifting style of training with lower reps, heavier weight, and less frequency. Runs Ragnar Events with his family in his spare time.
Coached hundreds of both 1-1 and group personal training sessions. His style of training is a medium rep range with a focus on the eccentric. He is constantly setting higher goals to push himself to new heights.

Be the healthiest version of you. Using your long term goals, we can articulate a custom macronutrient/caloric intake plan, that will be the core aspect of improving your health.

Be the most mobile version of you. Focusing on preventing injury with resistance based mobility training and textbook technique will add flexibility and general well being to your body.
